small acts IMPACT

Human beings are threatened by change.  Period.

When your company is ready to launch a new territory, product or procedure the response from 80% or more of your personnel is resistance.  small acts IMPACT is designed to deal with root causes of resistance and release pathways in the human psyche for creative change that enhances morale and productivity.

A mastermind type group with 4- 8 members who meet for 8-12 sessions to learn about their process of change and how it impacts their work and their world. Each session is 90 minutes long and is sectioned into discovery, education, discussion, application and peer accountability.  Each member is involved in creating their own ChangeOgraphy – or the new story they write about change.

The course is geared toward teams within organizations to help the individuals address their personal roadblocks to change while they investigate the possibilities for their group venture if change were integrated.  Great for leadership teams, management teams, committees, and individuals chosen from an organization to work together on a project for change.
