Recognizing the Signals
Allowing ourselves to “see” when change is truly needed. Human nature ignores, denies, rejects, resists, and blatently refuses change. We can learn to recognize when change is needed and recognize the sure sign in ourselves that we are at war with our fear – not the change itself.
Navigating the Challenges
It takes power to move past the status quo (brick wall). There is so much energy required to change momentum and it’s draining. Persistence is an understatement many times. How to we keep keeping on?
Embracing the Consequences
Change never turns out quite like we expected. Oftentimes it’s much better than we could have imagined. But something we were not expecting must arise as the chaos theory suggests unpredicted outcomes. How do we accept what we create?
