Change Therapy for Change Frustration

I have noticed there are a lot of cranky people around.  You know who I mean.

They give you the finger when you are driving, they are rude in the line-up at the bank, they accuse you of cheating them out of a parking spot, and they blame the waitress that they are overweight, yada yada. These folks are just cranky and grumpy and, well, downright mean.

Frustration, irritability and a cranky mood is a common reaction to the need for change.  Although you many not consciously recognize it, the discomfort of changing habits, jobs, partners, kids (whoops, did I just say kids?), diets, underwear, banks, hairdressers etc, can create a reaction you don’t immediately identify as change frustration.

Symptoms of Change Frustration
