I was honored to be the keynote speaker for the Fraser Valley Commercial Real Estate Developer Awards in June 2011.
It was a pleasure to speak to a dinner crowd of 150 local developers, architects, agents and community developers and government representatives at the first Fraser Valley Commercial Real Estate Awards.
Commercial Real Estate Board Chair, Charles Weibe, was the Master of Ceremonies for the night and entertained the crowd with a vocal musical rendition of a self-deprecating dessert addict and prepared the crowd to enjoy the evening.

I had the opportunity to speak to a group of real estate investors at Ozzie Jurock’s Real Estate Action Group about change and the risk of change last month (June 2011). An impressive 100 or more investors gathered at the German Hall in Vancouver where they meet every month to collaborate and learn the dynamics of the real estate market in Greater Vancouver – and elsewhere.
