What Is The ONE Thing You Could Do Today To Increase Sales?

How can a small business increase sales and pump up cash flow, without spending a dime?  Here is an idea you can use without any fanfare or preparation:

CHANGE SOMETHING! 

Change the heading on your website.

Change the way the secretary or sales staff answer the telephone.

Change the way you greet people when they enter the store.

Change what you give people when they leave your store.

Change your store display.

Change your blog – write something.

Change your clothes – try a different approach.

Change who you talk to over lunch.

Change who you call on the phone.

Change what calls you answer.

Change your business hours.

Change the way you treat your suppliers.

Change your voice tone when you speak with customers.

Change the way you communicate with your sales team.

What else could we change without any money, and quickly?

Remember every change that is the right change will most likely add a percentage of business.  What if you made 10 changes over the next 10 weeks?
